The building we know and love as The Torridon Inn originally comprised the old buttery, stables and agricultural sheds of the estate before it was converted into accommodation in 1995.
The bar was also extended at same time to make a restaurant and then we added a conservatory.
The end result was a 3 star Inn focusing on quality affordable ensuite accommodation with a restaurant featuring good local produce on menu and a bar with Scottish real ales on tap.
These days the Torridon Inn has twelve rooms accommodating groups, families and couples. It is ideal for touring and outdoor activities and was voted Scottish AA Pub of the year 2008.
Before it became the Torridon Inn, it was also known as the Ben Damph Inn.
